Overview

As a Data Engineer/Architect at NTT DATA, you will design and deliver scalable data pipelines on Databricks and cloud platforms, shaping data lakehouse architectures. You will collaborate with solution architects and analytics leadership to meet client needs while upholding governance and security. You’ll tackle data ingestion, transformation, modelling, and optimization to drive impactful data solutions. This role offers the chance to influence practice growth through reusable assets and technical leadership.

Key requirements
  • Proven data engineering experience on Databricks and cloud-native platforms
  • Hands-on data lifecycle expertise (ingestion, transformation, modelling, governance, consumption)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers to deliver scalable data solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Databricks Workflows and orchestration tools
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
  • Collaborative

  • Databricks platform (Spark/PySpark/Scala, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow)
