Datastore Platform Engineer - PostgreSQL/Redis/OpenSearch

Rootly is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer focused on datastores to own PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis performance under load. You will pair, review, and create runbooks to raise the team's depth while not owning the datastores alone.

You’ll collaborate with platform engineers and product teams to shape how features store and query data, and participate in on-call rotations as part of Platform. Bring deep datastore expertise and a bias toward reliability.
