Dayforce Production Support Consultant

Dayforce production support expertise drives this on-site North York contract, combining payroll troubleshooting with technical problem-solving. Strong English communication is essential.

This experienced Dayforce Functional/Technical Application Consultant supports a public sector organization for a six-month, full-time contract. The consultant keeps critical HR and payroll systems running smoothly through operational support, configuration, integrations, and production fixes. Collaboration spans IT, Payroll, HR, Finance, Dayforce support, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Dayforce production support
• Troubleshoot payroll, configuration, application, and data-processing issues
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement approved solutions
• Manage configuration changes through established change-control processes
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of hands-on Dayforce experience
• Live production support experience with Dayforce environments
• Dayforce Payroll expertise, preferably involving Canadian payroll
• Experience with configuration, incident management, and root-cause analysis
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
