Dayforce Production Support Consultant

Support Dayforce production environments onsite in North York, using payroll expertise and technical troubleshooting across enterprise systems. This temporary assignment runs through April 30, 2027.

As a Dayforce Consultant, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional and technical support for a live implementation. The work spans payroll, time and attendance, workforce management, human resources, benefits, self-service, interfaces, APIs, and scheduled processing. You will collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, Dayforce partners, and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis
• Support payroll processing and downstream financial processing
• Configure Dayforce through approved change-control processes
• Investigate integrations, APIs, file transfers, and failed jobs
• Document runbooks and transfer knowledge to teams

Requirements:

• At least five years of hands-on Dayforce experience
• Strong Dayforce Payroll knowledge in Canadian payroll environments
• Experience supporting production issues, integrations, and configuration
• Post-secondary technology degree or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to work 100% onsite in North York
