Dealertrack Business Analyst Implementation

Support Dealertrack lender implementations by investigating issues, clarifying requirements, and validating solutions across testing and production support.

As a Business Analyst with TRADER, you will support lender clients through implementation, testing, production support, and platform changes. You will connect lenders with internal teams while interpreting business rules, coordinating follow-up, and confirming solutions meet approved requirements. Your work supports a strong client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate lender testing and production-related issues
• Compare system behaviour against requirements and business rules
• Support UAT, PVT, SVT, and post-launch validation
• Clarify dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain implementation documentation and business-rule references

Requirements:

• Four-plus years in business analysis, implementation, or functional support
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related area
• Experience supporting testing and validation activities
• Ability to interpret business rules and investigate issues
• Strong client communication and internal coordination skills
