Deals Value Creation Analytics Director

Lead PwC analytics engagements using data, financial analysis, and AI to address complex commercial questions for clients. Guide teams from strategy through execution.

As a Director in Deals Value Creation Analytics, you will advise management teams and investors across transactions, performance improvement, and value creation. You will translate complex data into executive-ready insights about business performance, growth drivers, pricing, revenue quality, margins, and operational efficiency. The work brings together financial, commercial, operational, and technical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics engagements across sell-side, buy-side, and value creation contexts
• Structure ambiguous problems and define analytical workplans
• Translate analysis into clear commercial insights and deliverables
• Lead proposals, client pitches, and relationship-building activities
• Coach teams across technical, financial, and client-facing skills

Requirements:

• Significant analytics, corporate finance, consulting, or related experience
• Experience leading engagements, managing teams, and meeting tight timelines
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Knowledge of forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment case support
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% within Canada and internationally
