Ministry of Defence (MOD) seeks an Oracle Fusion ERP Programme Director for a 6-month Inside IR35 contract. Hybrid role: three days onsite in London with travel to Bristol/Reading. You will direct end-to-end ERP replacement, drive a skills-first Defence organisation, and lead PMO governance across multiple stakeholders.

Essential: proven ERP transformation leadership (£100m+), governance, senior stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication within government. Clearance suitable.
