Defence Security Controller — Lead Security & Resilience

Mott MacDonald are seeking a Defence Security Controller to lead security oversight for major Defence projects in the Preston area, ensuring protection of classified and regulated assets while complying with UK Government and MOD requirements. The post holder will also support growth, contract delivery, and regulatory compliance across Defence portfolios.

The role covers development and maintenance of SMPs and security strategies, plus advisory support to sponsors and project teams, with a
