Delivery Lead - Employee Relations System Implementation

Lorien is seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivering an Employee Relations Case Management System. You will coordinate across HR, technology and third parties to maintain momentum and meet business-critical milestones.

Ideal candidates bring strong project delivery discipline, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful implementation and smooth handover to BAU. This is a 6‑month contract with onsite presence near Hounslow.
