Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive reliable, transparent delivery across Platform Engineering, AI Enablement and Product Engineering. You will own cross-stream commitments, manage dependencies, and ensure incremental value delivery to accelerate software supporting scientists and discovery.

You will chair the Delivery Council, coordinate with vendor leads, onboard externals, and establish metrics for transparent progress and data‑driven decisions.
