Delivery Lead, Treasury Clearing Programs

TD Bank Group in Toronto is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of the U.S. Treasury Clearing program within a complex regulatory framework.

You will partner with business, technology, control functions and external providers to manage plans, risks, and dependencies, guiding testing, implementation and go-live. The role requires 10+ years in project/change delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a large matrix organization.
