Delivery Operations Automation Analyst

Build GTM-to-Delivery automation at Cohere using workflow automation, AI tools, and precise operational coordination. Work remotely from Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa.

As a Delivery Operations Analyst, you will connect GTM and Delivery Engineering through Deal Desk processes. You will manage Salesforce and Mission Control data, coordinate approvals, and improve workflow execution. This role suits professionals with business analysis, operations, or revenue operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer briefs and route required information for approval
• Coordinate approved opportunities with Engineering Program Manager assignment
• Track pre-delivery stages, blockers, actions, and missing information
• Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control operational data
• Design, test, monitor, and improve workflow automations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in business analysis or operations roles
• Experience with CRM and business operations systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong automation skills and experience with multiple AI tools
• Clear communication across multiple stakeholder teams
