Delivery Operations Automation Analyst

Build GTM-to-Delivery automation at Cohere as a Delivery Operations Analyst, working remotely from Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa.

This analyst connects GTM and Delivery Engineering through unified operational systems. You will own Deal Desk processes, data quality, and workflow automation across Salesforce, Mission Control, and North. The work supports customer opportunities from GTM brief through commercial approval to delivery assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee new customer briefs and approval routing
• Coordinate commercial approvals with Engineering Program Managers
• Track opportunities, blockers, actions, and missing information
• Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control data accuracy
• Identify, implement, monitor, and improve workflow automation

Requirements:

• Two to four years in business analysis or operations
• Experience with CRM and business operations systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Experience building automations and using multiple AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
