Delivery Solutions Architect

In this hybrid technical-commercial role, you drive post-sale success and platform adoption for strategic Databricks customers. You lead technical accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape plans to accelerate production use cases. You’ll liaise with product and engineering for innovations while delivering executive-level guidance and governance. Your impact spans onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads, aligning with the Lakehouse vision.

• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for top use cases across strategic customers
• Be the accountable technical leader for production onboarding and go-live across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding, Education, Support and PS to deliver tasks beyond scope
• Develop and own a point-of-view to accelerate key use cases into production and coordinate PS delivery
• Create execution plans covering win-to-production, enablement, adoption, and governance
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, investment, risks, and product adoption to leadership
• Engage with Product and Engineering for new innovations, previews, and upgrade needs
• Navigate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer value

• 5+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python or Spark
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to measure business value
• Technical program management including stakeholder and resource management
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives
• Open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmapping, and complex delivery
• Bachelor's degree in related field; willing to travel up to 30%
