Deployment Lead The Deployment Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the global rollout programme while ensuring delivery against agreed deployment milestones, adoption targets and operational readiness objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Define deployment strategy, rollout approach and success measures. • Develop deployment wave plans, schedules and milestone tracking. • Coordinate deployment activities across engineering, support and programme teams. • Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans. • Conduct readiness reviews before each rollout wave. • Coordinate pilot, production deployment and hypercare activities. • Establish rollback and contingency planning where required. • Produce regular deployment status, KPI and adoption reporting.
