Process member transactions and promote deposit services as a term part time Deposit Services Representative in Dawson Creek. Work Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

Lake View Credit Union seeks a Deposit Services Representative for its Dawson Creek branch. You will recognize member needs, provide solutions, and demonstrate deposit product knowledge. The role combines accurate teller transactions, relationship building, business development, and responsive member service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process member and teller transactions promptly and accurately
• Recognize needs and promote Credit Union deposit services
• List and balance cheques, utilities, and other transactions
• Assist with night deposits and process stop payments
• Maintain filing, security, confidentiality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• Post-secondary business, finance, accounting, or equivalent education
• Sales and service focus with relationship-building aptitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills
• Financial institution experience is an asset
