Depot Transport Controller & Route Optimizer

Biffa is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator in Norwich. The role focuses on day-to-day depot operations, including route allocation, vehicle utilisation and driver scheduling to ensure top-class service while maintaining health & safety and environmental compliance.

You will handle admin tasks, drive cost-efficiency through data analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
