Derby IT Operations Leader - Onsite & Field Services

Computacenter is seeking an Operations Manager for an onsite role covering a defined region in the Derby area. You will lead a team of Team Leaders and work across customer sites to ensure services meet SLAs and KPI targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will coach leaders, build strong customer relationships, and use data to drive improvements in efficiency and service quality. This is a visible leadership role requiring travel within the region.
