Overview

In this role you will support end-to-end onboarding and integration of new counterparties and trading arrangements, ensuring readiness for trading. You will review and negotiate derivatives documentation and coordinate approvals across Compliance, Credit, Operations, and Trading. You will liaise with counterparties and internal teams to resolve comments and dependencies, and maintain clear records of onboarding activity. Responsibilities
  • Onboard and integrate new counterparties, funds, products and trading arrangements from request to trading readiness
  • Review, negotiate and progress derivatives documentation (ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, prime brokerage, regulatory docs)
  • Coordinate approvals and dependencies across Compliance, Credit, Operations, Trading, Risk and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with external counterparties and internal teams to resolve comments and execution steps
  • Coordinate account opening, static data requirements and readiness confirmations
  • Maintain accurate records, status reporting and governance-aligned processes for onboarding pipelines
  • Assist with document execution, data maintenance, and post-execution handover
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Experience in derivatives documentation, counterparty onboarding, counterparty integration, legal support, operations, compliance or financial services
  • Understanding of onboarding, account opening, and trade readiness processes
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing comments and tracking negotiation points
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple onboarding requests and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Trading, Risk and other groups
