Dermatology Physician

A well-supported outpatient clinic in Morgantown, West Virginia , is seeking a Dermatologist for a locum tenens assignment beginning January 1, 2027 . This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and flexibility to work two to three weeks per month .

Assignment Highlights

• Start date: January 1, 2027
• Contract length: Approximately 4 6 months
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Coverage needed: 2 3 weeks per month
• No call coverage
• Outpatient clinic-based assignment
• Approximately adult patients per day
• Dedicated examination and procedure rooms
• Full clinical support staff
• Single-provider dermatology clinic within a multispecialty setting
• EMR: Oracle Cerner with an embedded clinical agent that functions similarly to a scribe
• No special procedures or additional skills required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Dermatology preferred
• Board Eligible Dermatologists may also be considered
• Active DEA required
• At least 1 2 years of experience preferred
• Active West Virginia license preferred
• Licensing assistance is available for physicians pursuing an IMLC pathway or West Virginia temporary license

The assignment is located in Morgantown, West Virginia , at an acute care hospital with the dermatology clinic situated in a multispecialty space.
