Dermatology Physician

Join an established, high demand outpatient dermatology practice in Bellevue, Washington, with strong medical and surgical volume, dedicated clinical support, and flexibility to shape your schedule.

• Established Patient Demand: Providers routinely see 40 or more patients per day once fully ramped.
• Clinical Support: Three exam rooms and two to three medical assistants assigned to you, with ModMed EMR.
• Practice Scope: Focus on medical and routine surgical dermatology; in house Mohs surgery is not offered.
• Cosmetic Services: Optional opportunity to grow cosmetic services, including neuromodulators and fillers.
• Additional Income: Potential for profit sharing or future ownership, with optional income from supervising PA or NP collections.

• Full time schedule includes 36 patient facing hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
• Complete full time hours across four or five days based on preference.
• Part time option available, including 0.8 FTE at 32 hours, with prorated compensation.
• Clinic based practice with flexibility in medical, surgical, and optional cosmetic services.

• $600,000 base guarantee for 1.0 FTE, plus collections bonuses.
• Optional 3% to 5% of supervised PA or NP collections for primary supervisors.
• $10,000 sign on bonus.
• Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement, with a two year forgiveness period.
• Five weeks of PTO, plus an additional CME week.
• $5,000 CME stipend starting in year two.
• Malpractice coverage, health, vision, and dental plans.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Washington State medical license.
• Comfortable with high volume medical dermatology and routine surgical dermatology.
• Preference for dermatologists with five or more years post residency, though strong earlier career candidates will be considered.
