Compensation & Benefits :
- Financial Package: 2-year guarantee, base + RVU production + RVU bonus
- Sign-On Incentive: Up to $25,000
- 8+ Weeks Off: 28 vacation days, 43 sick days, and 13 days of holiday closures annually

- Retirement Benefits: State Retirement with 8% contribution; optional 403(b) and 457(b) plans to help increase savings
Qualifications :
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Dermatology
- Eligible for Illinois medical license
- H-1b transfers and O-1 visas accepted, SIU will support and pay for the transition
