Overview

In this role you will build tools that shape architecture and interior design, bridging software engineering and design. You’ll develop Rhino/Grasshopper plugins, Revit/Dynamo tools and web applications, while contributing to Autodesk cloud automation and AI/RAG initiatives. You’ll join the Digital Design team in a London-based, hybrid work environment and help scale the company’s digital and AI strategy. This is an opportunity to create practical software used daily by architects and designers and to influence product direction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Rhino/Grasshopper plugins and Revit/Dynamo tools
  • Create and deploy plugin-based solutions and web applications
  • Work with Autodesk Platform Services (APS) and cloud automation
  • Contribute to full-stack development (React, backend)
  • Collaborate in Agile environments using Git
  • Advance AI/RAG solutions aligned with design workflows
  • Support the wider digital and AI strategy with practical tooling
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver design-oriented software
Key requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript and C#
  • Rhino/Grasshopper development experience
  • Plugin development & deployment experience
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Platform Services (APS)
  • React and full-stack development experience
  • Git and Agile methodologies
  • Revit API / Dynamo experience is a bonus
  • AI / RAG experience is highly desirable
