Design Engineer: Design Systems & Figma-to-Code Sync

Cohere is seeking a design engineer to own Waypoint, our design system, across Figma and production code. You will define component behavior and states in Figma and ship the same components to npm, ensuring continuity between design and code.

You will own the Figma library, contribute to core packages, and keep tokens in sync across CSS variables and Tailwind. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and scalable documentation.
