Design & Implementation Specialist

As a Security Specialist, you will lead security design and implementation for a major banking contract, translating business needs into robust security architectures. You’ll engage with customers and internal teams to ensure governance, risk, and compliance are embedded in every solution. You will shape designs from concepts to delivery, then hand over to delivery and operations, delivering real security impact at scale. Your onsite presence and strong stakeholder skills will build trusted relationships and drive secure outcomes. • Provide technical security leadership across a strategic banking contract, aligning with governance and customer security strategy
• Act as security design and implementation authority for complex solutions; lead workshops and translate requirements into designs
• Produce and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs, security processes, standards, and local work instructions aligned with regulatory requirements
• Establish onsite presence with the customer and build relationships with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders, offering expert security guidance

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with technical teams, senior leadership, PMs, risk/compliance, and third-party suppliers
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex security or infrastructure projects from requirements through design, implementation, and handover
• Experience designing and implementing security across cloud and hybrid environments with cloud security principles
• Strong technical expertise across security and networking technologies; hands-on with listed tools and networking concepts
