Desktop Consultant - DV cleared

In this role, you will administer the MECM environment to deploy OS images and desktop applications, while helping manage system health and updates. You’ll work within the Desktop Service Technical Specialist team to support MDT environments and assist with routine tasks. You’ll develop images, applications, compliance items, and PowerShell automation to streamline MECM administration. This on-site, central London position requires current DV clearance and offers a hands-on role in a collaborative team focused on reliable desktop management.

• Administer and manage the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment
• Manage release updates and system health of MECM
• Support MDT environments and routine monthly/daily tasks
• Design small system configurations and deployments
• Create Windows 10 task sequences, images, and OS deployments
• Create applications and packages for deployment to device collections
• Develop MECM compliance items and baselines
• Create update groups, packages, and deployments including offline WSUS
• Develop PowerShell automation for MECM administration
• Troubleshoot MECM using client and server logs
• Create PowerBI reports for MECM-related data

• Current DV Clearance
• Experience with Windows 10/11
• Strong MECM (Current Branch) experience
• Proficiency in creating and deploying images, packages, and applications
• Experience with OS deployments and task sequence development
• PowerShell automation
