Scope & Requirements

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide onsite support with the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS)
  • Microsoft systems administration experience (Windows Server, 365, Azure)
  • Google G Suite for Education experience
  • Apple product experience (including hardware, macOS, and iOS)
  • Basic networking skills (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, wireless)
