Job Description

• - Provide onsite Level 1 desktop and IT support.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• - Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• - Perform hardware replacement, installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• - Assist with Windows OS and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 issues.
• - Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• - Follow instructions from the remote technical/service desk team.
• - Complete assigned tickets and provide clear service updates.
• - Follow customer site procedures and security requirements.
