Desktop Support Specialist | Onsite & Remote IT

Axiom Technologies in Leeds seeks an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site end-user support across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. You will respond to tickets, perform OS installations and updates, and assist with onboarding of new staff.

The role requires 1+ year in a desktop support or helpdesk role, strong Windows and Office 365 knowledge, basic networking, and excellent communication. On-site work with occasional after-hours support may be needed.
