Desktop Systems Technician NTT DATA

This Deskside Services Technician position supports and maintains NTT DATA’s desktop computing environment. Responsibilities span installation, diagnosis, maintenance, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair. Support reaches users in person, by telephone, and through remote control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and parts replacement on desktops
• Complete systems upgrades, deployments, and repairs
• Install and diagnose printers and software applications
• Provide telephone and remote-control support to off-site users
• Respond after hours when instructed by leaders

Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate degree or some college preferred
• A+ desktop certification or equivalent skills required
• Ability to perform general office requirements

Use desktop systems knowledge, Windows expertise, and practical troubleshooting skills to support NTT DATA users and equipment.
