Developer

• Design, maintain and continuously improve data platforms and applications underpinning critical student finance services across the UK
• Develop and support systems providing analytics and business intelligence capabilities
• Ensure colleagues have access to trusted data for decisions affecting students’ journeys
• Contribute to outcome-based projects involving analytics, reporting and the content management system
• Handle high volumes of data across four data warehouses
• Help change and improve how work is done within Student Loans Company
• Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, accurate and efficient student finance services

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and with other teams

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience using Oracle SQL
• Previous Data Warehouse knowledge
