As a Developer in Labs within Ashurst Perkins Coie’s Advance Digital division, you design, build and support client-facing and internal digital solutions in an agile setting. You’ll craft Power Platform apps and integrations, collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technology. You’ll contribute to an experimentation-enabled environment that drives innovation and digital transformation. This role offers hybrid working from Glasgow and opportunities to work across major initiatives.

- Design, develop and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI; create agents with Copilot Studio
- Produce solution designs and architecture for Power Platform apps; integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and third-party services
- Create and configure custom connectors; work with REST APIs
- Optimize code and solutions for scalability, maintainability and performance; apply software engineering best practices including testing, documentation and code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; balance multiple initiatives with delivery, quality and deadlines
- Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or relevant certification
- 2+ years' experience building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and/or Azure/AWS
- Proficiency in at least one of .NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server or REST APIs
