Overview

As a Python Gen AI Developer at NTT DATA in London, you will design and optimize generative AI models and integrate them into production systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the AI strategy and deliver business-aligned ML applications. You’ll work with leading frameworks and cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI solutions and continuously refine models through testing and data-driven insights. Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX (GANs, VAEs, LLMs)
  • Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools
  • Integrate generative AI models into production systems and applications (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms)
  • Manage and direct R&D processes to align with AI strategy
  • Develop ML applications aligned with project requirements and business goals
  • Perform ML tests and statistical analysis to fine-tune systems
  • Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
  • Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
  • Train and retrain systems as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering and leadership on design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of overall experience
  • 5+ years Python coding experience with libraries (NumPy, Pandas)
  • 3 years understanding of generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs)
  • Strong experience in Neo4J and MongoDB
  • Experience with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Experience in working in a scrum environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding and experience with Gen AI implementations
  • Experience with Langchain, Vector DB, Embeddings or related frameworks
  • Experience with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn, TensorFlow etc.
  • Experience with Chat/IVR/Banking is a plus
  • Google Cloud (GCP) knowledge
