Overview

In this Transformation Strategist role, you drive high-impact, time-bound engagements helping large enterprises move from ambiguity to production-ready AI-enabled software delivery. You will bridge business strategy and technology to redefine engineering practices, organizational structures, and delivery processes at scale. You’ll work with C-level stakeholders and engineers to shape solutions that unlock AI-assisted development and agentic workflows. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify frictions across SDLC and PDLC and design engagements that address bottlenecks
  • Translate AI-enabled solutions to business value and validate technical viability with stakeholders
  • Guide organizational evolution, redesigning roles, teams, and delivery processes as AI transforms software
  • Scope and design engagements with clear objectives and success metrics
  • Lead end-to-end delivery from kickoff to production-ready outcomes
  • Build trust with executives while working with practitioners to ensure real workflow fit
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of DevTx opportunities with sales and account teams
  • Maintain technical credibility, stay updated on AI-assisted development tooling and agentic architectures
  • Capture learnings and contribute to thought leadership to strengthen the practice
Key requirements
  • Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
  • Design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
  • IT development or consultancy experience in software or Internet industries
  • Unknown education requirements if stated
  • Experience in AWS technologies from a development/operations perspective (preferred)
