Development Finance & Forecasting Analyst

City of Cambridge is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Development to forecast, monitor, record and report growth-related revenues, including development charges and deposits. You will ensure compliance with Development Charges Act and Planning Act, and provide guidance to the public and internal departments.

The role involves leading the Development Charges Background Study, coordinating across departments, and presenting financial results for Council and public understanding.
