In this role you will support appraisal and progression of development opportunities across the UK and Ireland, with scope for international work. You work closely with Senior Development Managers and project teams to optimize financial models, due diligence and funding activities, and to manage budgets, trackers and delivery programmes. You’ll collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive outcomes in client-focused development projects. - Support Senior Development Managers and Directors with appraisal and progression of live and prospective opportunities
- Populate and test financial models
- Assist due diligence and funding activity
- Arrange and manage professional team appointments, trackers and registers
- Assist in management of budgets and cost elements
- Track commercial performance
- Coordinate and assist with development delivery activities
- Collaborate with clients and project teams
- Degree-qualified
- Experience in client-side development and/or project management
- Experience with financial models including Excel and Estates Master
- MS Project or suitable alternatives
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Overseeing development budgets, programmes and trackers
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Experience in public sector partnerships and residential-led regeneration preferred but not requisite
