Overview
In this role you lead a small, skilled development team to deliver a brand-new e-factoring platform and CRM on a Microsoft stack. You bridge senior business stakeholders and technology, ensuring reliable operation of a critical transactional site. You will help build near-shore agile teams, drive delivery, and establish best practices to accelerate time-to-market in a fast-changing financial tech environment.

- Provide strong leadership to developers, Business Analysts and Testers
- Coordinate with VP Technology and TechOps to improve QA automation and CI/CD
- Own defect triage and ensure timely fixes by the right squads
- Team expansion and selection/interviewing for near-shore location
- Refine and prioritize backlogs with Scrum Masters and Product Managers
- Guide adoption of best practices for high-performing agile teams
- Oversee frontend (HTML5, Angular.js, CSS3) and backend (.NET Core, NoSQL) development
- Ensure maximum uptime of a critical transactional finance website
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders and technology
- Participate in delivering a scalable, usable platform on AWS
- Hands-off approach to development while maintaining delivery focus
- Support usability and information architecture considerations
- 5 years of commercial development management experience
- Experience with MS Stack
- Understanding of Angular
- Agile qualification
- Experience leading teams in a fast-changing environment
- Delivery-focused with ability to take ideas to live market-ready products
- AWS or cloud exposure
- SQL and database design
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles
