Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead a multi-skilled development team, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality technology solutions within a regulated financial services environment.

This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, agile delivery, and hands‑on technical expertise across modern cloud integration and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-skilled team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.


• Manage agile delivery, including sprint planning, prioritisation, release management and delivery reporting.


• Drive development standards, best practices and quality across Azure Integration Services, Power Platform and Snowflake.


• Oversee technical designs, software quality, development processes and performance metrics.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers and technology leaders to deliver strategic initiatives.


• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, risk, security and compliance requirements.

About You

• Proven experience managing and developing technical teams.


• Strong experience with one or more of Azure Integration Services, Power Platform or Snowflake.


• Experience delivering enterprise system integrations and building data platforms.


• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle or .NET.


• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technology-led business delivery.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.


• Awareness of data security and compliance requirements.

Desirable: Experience within financial services, particularly wealth or asset management.
