SSA Group is partnering with an established Vancouver developer to find a Development Manager for a new role on their team.

Alongside managing rezoning, DP and BP processes and coordinating consultants, you'll stay closely involved once construction starts. That includes coordinating consultant responses to RFIs, managing SIs on time, and helping the construction team assess and verify change orders.

What they're looking for:

  • Around 5 years in real estate development, ideally 2 as a Development Manager plus 2 to 3 as a Development Coordinator
  • Metro Vancouver municipal approvals experience
  • Hands on experience with consultants through construction: RFIs, SIs and change orders
  • Hungry, resourceful, low ego and able to work independently
