Overview

As Technical Director/Director, you will lead development transport planning for the Leeds region and nationally, guiding client relationships and growth strategy within a multi-disciplinary team. You will shape opportunities, win new work, and provide high-level technical leadership across planning, design, and delivery. The role emphasizes market expansion, tender leadership, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagements with public and private sector clients. This is a strategic, client-facing position that drives sustainable, multi-disciplinary development projects within a leading engineering firm.

• Degree in transport planning or civil engineering
• Chartered status
• Commercial and strategic capability with track record in identifying and delivering new business
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills
