Overview

As Development Team Leader in Client Facing Technology, you drive the development of client connectivity platforms for the Global Broking Division. You will lead a team of developers, influence architecture, and ensure reliable, scalable systems using FIX and cloud technologies. You’ll partner with Architecture, QA, Product, and Support to manage releases and production support. This role sits at the intersection of technology and client connectivity, shaping how we deliver fast, robust access to markets. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, highly technical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers and conduct performance reviews
  • Develop and review client connectivity applications for maintainability, performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with Architecture, QA, BAs, PMs, Scrum Lead and Support teams
  • Coordinate releases and production rollouts with Support
  • Provide hands-on production issue support
  • Influence architectural decisions across the team
Key requirements
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Experience with FIX Protocol
  • Senior-level Java experience
  • Experience with GitLab or GitHub
  • AWS (EC2, ELB, EKS, AMI) deployment and configuration
  • Agile / SAFe software delivery
  • 3rd line / Level 3 production support
  • Observability tools knowledge (Grafana)
