Overview

In this Platform Engineer role, you will advance TNS Automation Development's DevOps automation and AI-driven journey. You will own the GitLab foundation, design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate releases while ensuring secure, scalable automation and orchestration. You’ll partner withGlobal Systems, NOC, and business units to gather requirements and deploy solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes infrastructure and applies AI-assisted automation to real-world networks.

Responsibilities
  • Own GitLab foundation: standards for repo creation, pipelines, deployment
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
  • Standardize unit, integration, and security testing
  • Plan, coordinate, publicize, and monitor releases
  • Maintain health of automation/orchestration apps, plugins, pipelines
  • Define infrastructure requirements for cloud, virtualized, and physical deployments
  • Document AI-assisted automation deployment standards and patterns
  • Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to assess security posture
  • Interact with Global Systems, NOC, and stakeholders for requirements and deployment
