DevOps CI/CD Platform Developer

Own GitLab CI/CD and Terraform for Xiphos Systems Corporation in Montreal’s Plateau area, supporting space-grade Q-card software releases.

As a DevOps / Full Stack Software Developer, you will maintain infrastructure and internal tools for firmware and embedded Linux images. The work includes Docker, Python, Go, TypeScript, Jira REST integrations, and Yocto-style build systems. You will support engineering visibility across build health, hardware-in-loop testing, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operate GitLab pipelines across the Q-card machine matrix
• Manage Terraform infrastructure, templates, repositories, and branch protections
• Maintain Docker build containers and reproducible toolchain versions
• Build dashboards and CLI tools for release tracking
• Triage CI failures with firmware, kernel, and FPGA engineers

Requirements:

• Three or more years in DevOps, platform engineering, CI/CD, or SRE
• Strong hands-on GitLab CI/CD and Docker experience
• Proficiency in Python automation, REST integration, and CLI tooling
• Experience with infrastructure as code; Terraform preferred
• Eligibility to work in Canada and comply with ITAR/EAR requirements
