DevOps Consultant

In this role you design, deliver, and support modern cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, helping customers modernise platforms and automate deployments. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable outcomes, combining hands-on engineering with a consulting mindset. You will contribute to cloud engineering, automation, and platform transformation while advancing security and governance. This position offers exposure to innovative cloud projects within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

• Design, implement, and support cloud-native Azure solutions across customer engagements
• Deliver all stages of the solution lifecycle: architecture, implementation, automation, optimisation, operational enablement
• Build and maintain modern DevOps capabilities: IaC, CI/CD, deployment automation
• Support container platforms, monitoring, and cloud governance to improve reliability and visibility
• Contribute to hybrid cloud designs and integration with legacy tech
• Engage with customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
• Apply consulting and engineering expertise to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technology-related field (2.1 or higher)
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience (compute, networking, storage, monitoring, identity)
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices with automated build/releases (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience (Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform)
• Understanding of cloud governance, FinOps, landing zones, and security baselines
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-facing presence
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional delivery teams
