In this role you will design and implement an enterprise-wide DevOps strategy to support an ambitious investment firm. You will be part of the Infrastructure Team, shaping Azure and cloud infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. The role focuses on delivering scalable DevOps solutions in a financial markets context, enabling efficient release pipelines and reliable operations. This opportunity suits a hands-on engineer who wants to drive transformation in a fast-growing, people-focused organization with cross-office collaboration.

- background in Banking/ Financial Markets/Investment Banking
- experience with Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure
- proficiency with IaC (Terraform)
- CI/CD and version control (Git)
- automation/configuration tooling (Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Go)
- containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- monitoring/logging (Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog)
- API Gateways and IAM familiarity
- SQL experience
- London-based with right to work in UK
- noBanking/Financial Markets/Investment Banking background is essential
