You’ll work within the UK DevOps team to manage Linux-based systems, containerised environments, and cloud resources, enabling scalable, reliable operations. Responsibilities
- Maintain Linux-based infrastructure and system health
- Develop and run shell scripts to automate tasks
- Manage containerised environments with Docker
- Implement and optimise cloud resources (primarily AWS)
- Support scalability and networking architectures for the trading platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations
- Contribute to automation and CI/CD processes
- Work autonomously when required
Key requirements
- Linux system administration experience
- Proficient in shell scripting
- Hands-on Docker experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Understanding of scalable networking technologies and architectures
- Minimum 2 years in a comparable development role
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
