DevOps Engineer

• We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our amazing Cloud Engineering team. We are developing WalkMe’s revolutionary runtime engine and transforming the online experience for hundreds of millions of users
• Assist in managing deployment pipelines to facilitate smooth and efficient software releases
• Help implement and maintain observability solutions for monitoring system performance and reliability
• Support local development environments to optimize developer workflows
• Work with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with project requirements
• Contribute to improving the security of our infrastructure by assisting with proactive measures and audits
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations
• Participate in evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure
• This role will require working on Sunday’s as needed. Will be able to take another day off that week

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar roleExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesKnowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationA proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and adopting new technologiesFamiliarity with security best practices and tools for infrastructure and application securityProven Software development experience, preferably gained at a venture-backed startup or a top technology firmStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentProficiency in AWS cloud platformSolid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExpertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation with tools such as GitlabExperience in managing databases, such as Mysql, Postgres and MongoDBExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similarBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePassion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceIf you’re excited about developing and working on innovative products, solving technical challenges, and being part of a company that is now proudly a member of the SAP family—WalkMe is the place for you
