Responsible for managing and coordinating production releases, ensuring deployments are planned, executed, monitored, and completed successfully. This role provides the team’s only dedicated production release coverage and works closely with Development, QA, SRE, Infrastructure, Network, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production releases, deployment schedules, approvals, and communications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments.
• Monitor releases, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rollback procedures.
• Support Kubernetes and Docker-based environments.
• Automate operational and release processes using Python and shell scripting.
• Maintain release documentation, runbooks, and post-release reviews.
• Collaborate with SRE and production engineering teams to improve reliability and deployment efficiency.

Skills:

• 3-5 years DevOps and release management experience
• Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker
• CI/CD and GitHub
• Python and shell scripting
• SRE and production engineering practices
