Overview
In this role you design, build and deliver modern cloud and DevOps solutions for Azure-driven projects in a greenfield environment. You’ll work within a technology team focused on project-based transformations rather than routine BAU, shaping infrastructure and deployment approaches at scale. You’ll collaborate with developers, architects and project teams to raise quality, security and automation across initiatives. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role with a clear impact on cloud modernization and delivery speed.

- Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure across multiple projects
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM
- Automate provisioning, configuration and deployments
- Support Azure migration, transformation and modernisation projects
- Implement cloud security, networking, monitoring and governance
- Collaborate with developers, architects and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership and promote DevOps best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, reliability and deployment processes
- Strong commercial experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or transitioning from a strong Infra background with Azure experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD
- Infrastructure as Code experience - ideally Terraform and/or Bicep
- Scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Python
- Excellent understanding of Azure networking, security and identity
- Experience with project-based cloud implementations and transformations
