DevOps Engineer CI/CD Cloud Infrastructure

Build DevOps expertise at Safe Software through CI/CD pipeline development and cloud infrastructure support within the DevOps team. This Surrey, BC role supports software delivery.

As a DevOps I, you will help automate development, testing, and deployment processes. You will work with DevOps engineers, software developers, and IT professionals while developing skills in DevOps methodologies, cloud services, and operational support. Your work improves delivery efficiency, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
• Support cloud-based environment and service configuration
• Collaborate to resolve system issues and optimize performance
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain code repositories and integration practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• One to three years software development or system administration experience
• Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment processes
• Basic Python or Bash scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools
